Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness.
• Proven track record of achieving membership and revenue goals.
• Ability to inspire teams and drive service culture.
• Experience supervising 3–10+ employees with development outcomes.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days of hire or degree in related field.

Responsibilities
