Job summary

OluKai is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead site merchandising across olukai.com, app, and social channels. You’ll own product data, launches, SEO-focused discoverability, and end-to-end campaigns from strategy to recap.

You will drive CRO initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with Dev/Ops/Creative to ensure high-quality, conversion-focused experiences. Hybrid in Irvine, CA with strong compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ecommerce management and merchandising experience with deep hands-on Shopify Plus experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning product launches across multiple sales channels with catalog hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Own product launch execution across all sales channels with on-site timing and merchandising placement.
• Own on-site discoverability with SEO/AEO, metadata, internal linking and page speed optimization.
• Partner with Planning to optimize merchandising on high-traffic pages and align on-site placements with inventory.
• Own GTM and ecommerce moment campaigns across Website, App, and TikTok Shop from strategy to recap.
• Lead CRO roadmap, prioritize testing, and report results to marketing and creative teams.
• Manage ecommerce vendor and partner ecosystem, setting quality standards and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Dev/Ops/Creative to drive web projects on Shopify templates and maintain high-quality site experiences.
• Oversee site content for branded, conversion-focused experiences with mobile-first thinking.
• Own ecommerce reporting and analytics, building scorecards and iterating conversion funnels.
• Leverage Claude Cowork to automate repetitive workflows and scale output.
• Partner cross-functionally as the voice of ecommerce with Creative, Brand, Planning, Retail, and Customer Experience.
