Job summary

Home Creations is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to shape and strengthen our digital presence across social media, search, paid advertising, and other online channels. You will help develop engaging content, manage digital campaigns, support SEO and local search strategies, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to grow awareness and qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Three or more years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or related industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid digital advertising across Google Ads, Meta, Zillow, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, conversions, and other key metrics.
• Develop and manage Home Creations’ social media across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish social content including photography and short-form video.
• Support SEO and local search efforts, Google Business Profiles, Maps listings.
• Monitor online reviews and overall digital reputation; coordinate responses when appropriate.
• Collaborate on landing pages, lead tracking, forms, and campaigns with relevant teams.
• Coordinate and support community events and promotions; capture content as needed.
