MarketStar is hiring a Digital Account Strategist to join our Ogden, UT team representing Reddit. You will manage existing advertiser relationships, drive ad spend growth, and leverage data to make strategic decisions.

The role requires strong sales skills, CRM usage, and a consultative selling approach. You will collaborate with internal MarketStar teams, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide market insights to enhance campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or related experience in digital advertising, marketing, or client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to execute a structured sales process from discovery to closing.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach via calls and emails to build and manage external customer relationships.
• Increase Reddit ad spend and brand awareness for existing customers.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge using provided resources.
• Manage pipeline with data-driven reviews and weekly forecasts.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with internal teams and clients.
• Capture and report customer sentiment and product feedback.
