MarketStar is seeking an Agency Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Account Managers supporting our Reddit program in Ogden, UT. You will manage agency-led sales motions to drive growth, retention, and upsell across a portfolio of advertiser accounts.

You will coach, develop, and inspire a data-driven team, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize campaigns and expand Reddit advertising solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people leadership experience in sales, preferably in digital advertising or ad tech.
• Proven success leading sales teams in agency-managed books of business.
• Strong coaching, feedback, and talent development skills.
• Experience driving performance via KPIs and data-informed decisions.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising and agency operating models; Reddit familiarity is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional partners.
• Experience using CRM tools and sales performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers selling Reddit advertising via agencies.
• Set performance expectations aligned to agency growth, retention, and upsell goals.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
• Deliver coaching focused on consultative selling and advertiser performance optimization.
• Analyze performance trends to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Agency Client Partners on strategy and long-term account planning.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to refine sales motions and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate training on Reddit advertising platform and agency best practices.
• Build a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp for new team members.
• Provide regular business insights and performance reporting.
