Job summary

Create Wellness is hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to bridge creative and media, turning data into winning concepts. You’ll own testing across Meta, TikTok, CTV, and YouTube, translating results into briefs for internal teams and creators, and building scalable frameworks that fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or paid social (DTC/agency background is a plus).
• Proven ability to write and brief high-performing ad creative.
• Strong analytical instincts to read reports and act on insights.
• Experience working with UGC creators or influencer-led content.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok, CTV, and YouTube.
• Translate performance data into actionable briefs for internal teams and creators.
• Brief and guide creators on hooks, pacing, CTAs, and messaging.
• Build and maintain a library of winning creative frameworks by creator type and platform.
• Maintain a living creative learnings doc to inform future strategy.
