Job summary

Mass Culture, a purpose-driven agency, is hiring a performance creative strategist. You read accounts, map gaps, and decide what to test next, then write briefs for Brains to execute. You won’t design ads yourself, but you’ll define what they need to achieve.

You own creative diagnosis across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more; you shape personas, angles, hooks, and proofs, and you present findings in client sessions. This contract role starts at 20–30 hours weekly with potential growth.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in performance creative strategy, agency-side or high-growth DTC.
• Fluency with Meta Ads Manager; working knowledge of TikTok/YouTube.
• Experience turning briefs into scalable ads with clear explanations.

Responsibilities

• Read creative performance across platforms and diagnose what's working or fatigued.
• Build personas and angles for each account; map what stops the scroll.
• Create testing roadmaps; write briefs for the creative team.
• Present findings in QBRs and collaborative sessions with account teams.
