COPE Health Solutions in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Controller to lead the Accounting function for CHS and ARC. The role emphasizes timely, accurate financial operations and strong leadership of the Accounting team.

You will oversee monthly closes, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and audit coordination, while collaborating with FP&A and other departments to improve processes and drive value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA is required.
• 5–10 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in a professional services setting.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and supervision of the Finance and Accounting department.
• Oversee monthly close with analytical review of results.
• Ensure timely production of financial reports.
• Serve as accounting SME on revenue recognition, costs and reserves.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial statements.
• Collaborate with FP&A for forecasting and budgeting.
• Maintain internal controls and orderly records.
• Coordinate annual audit with external auditors.
