Axios is hiring a Client Success Account Manager to lead post-sale account management for growth accounts. You will guide campaigns from kickoff through reporting, build strategic media plans, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of client-facing digital campaign management experience.
• Ability to plan and execute digital campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale campaign elements from kickoff to reporting.
• Build media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance to meet client and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, renewals and upsell.
