Influential is seeking an experienced Manager, Client Management in the United States. You will serve as the primary contact for campaign execution, ensuring client needs and goals are represented to optimize performance and satisfaction across multiple industries.

You will collaborate with sales and operations, guide best practices, manage timelines, analyze ad performance, and mentor junior team members while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating billing processes.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in a digital or advertising environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to work in a startup environment and build processes.
• Knowledge of major social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for social media.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall success of campaigns across a range of budgets and complexity by collaborating with operations and sales.
• Partner with sales to understand objectives, strategies, and goals; provide guidance on best practices.
• Navigate execution challenges with thoughtful solutions for roadblocks.
• Build new materials for the account management department and improve processes.
• Prepare reports and analyze ad performance relative to objectives; provide optimization recommendations.
• Stay on top of workflow and completion of tasks in the project management platform.
• Organize timelines, creative concepts and paid media strategies for campaigns.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ad products, specs, guidelines, and timelines.
• Educate sales and clients on Influential’s core offerings and industry trends.
• Develop and foster strong client relationships and mentor junior teammates.
• Manage monthly billing reconciliation with finance.
