PMG, a global independent platform company, seeks a Director in Client Strategy to shape media strategies that grow brands. You will partner with clients, analytics teams, and creatives to design end-to-end plans and lead cross-functional collaboration across teams.

You’ll mentor a team, refine processes, and advance omnichannel strategies with a focus on client success and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Client Strategy and 5+ years in leadership.
• Translate market trends and data into strategic frameworks.
• Manage complex client relationships and executive conversations.

Responsabilités

• Design and guide full-funnel media plans aligned with brand goals.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPI-driven outcomes.
• Act as primary client liaison, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Lead the creation and presentation of media plans using Keynote/PowerPoint.
• Bridge between clients, internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive strategies.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing media team and ensure best practices.
