PMG in Dallas seeks a Client Strategy Senior Director to shape and execute ambitious strategies for a diverse client portfolio. Lead a team of leads and supervisors, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into integrated media and growth plans.

You will oversee strategic planning, measurement frameworks, and cross-functional teams across media, creative, analytics, and technology, driving performance, innovation, and client success while guiding leadership development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing.
• 5+ years of people management.
• Strong client service orientation and coaching.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• Translate data insights into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term strategic vision across a portfolio of customers.
• Serve as an executive advisor to senior stakeholders, translating insights into opportunities.
• Own and elevate the strategic planning process across the portfolio.
• Guide cross-functional leadership across media, creative, analytics, strategy, and technology.
• Lead enterprise-level measurement frameworks and learning agendas, connecting performance to business outcomes.
• Champion adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies across strategy and planning.
• Lead portfolio-wide innovation by piloting new platforms and partnerships.
• Translate insights into proactive recommendations shaping priorities and growth opportunities.
