Job summary

Acrisure, LLC is seeking a Managing Client Advisor for the South Commercial region in Miami, reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Lines. You will translate regional growth priorities into disciplined execution across a team of Client Advisors, drive pipeline discipline, coaching, and accountability for new business, retention, and cross-sell.

You may carry a personal book of business as needed and will partner with operations, placement, and service teams to ensure high‑quality client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Strong background in commercial construction.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance/financial services, Commercial Lines.
• Leadership, coaching, and disciplined execution.
• Travel up to 25% to support on-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into clear, actionable expectations for the sales team.
• Lead, develop, coach, and drive accountability for Client Advisors.
• Drive profitable organic growth through prospecting, client expansion, and cross-sell.
• Monitor pipeline health, activity, and results; ensure execution of growth strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, placement, and service partners to support client outcomes.
