Acrisure is seeking a Managing Client Advisor for the South for our Commercial Lines team. You will translate regional growth priorities into disciplined execution, coach Client Advisors, and drive new business, retention, and cross-sell activities.

You will maintain an active market presence and may carry a personal book of business depending on regional needs, contributing to a high-performance sales culture and outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of selling strategies and pipeline management.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and manage a sales team to achieve growth.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into clear, actionable expectations for the sales team.
• Lead Client Advisors with coaching, accountability, and talent decisions in partnership with HR.
• Drive profitable organic growth through disciplined prospecting, client expansion, and cross-sell activities.
• Reinforce a culture of growth by monitoring activity, pipeline discipline, and client engagement standards.
• Collaborate with operations, placement, and service partners to ensure growth is supported by execution and service quality.
• Monitor pipeline health and performance metrics; adjust priorities to hit growth goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align sales with organizational standards and growth strategies.
