• Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance experience is required.
• Active P&C license is required.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance and/or financial services with depth in Commercial Lines.
• Strong knowledge of selling strategies, pipeline management, and client advisor productivity levers.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into actionable expectations for the sales team.
• Lead, develop, and coach Client Advisors to improve productivity and growth.
• Drive profitable organic growth through disciplined prospecting, client expansion, and cross-sell.
