• Approximately 1 year of professional experience (sales, customer service, or business-related experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel and attend trade shows/events (reliable transportation required).
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct outbound outreach including cold calls, emails, and strategic follow-ups
• Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
• Represent Topaz HR at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
• Travel as needed to meet prospective clients and strengthen relationships
• Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Accurately track activity, opportunities, and client interactions within CRM systems
• Collaborate with leadership to execute company growth strategies
