First Choice Coffee Services in Albuquerque is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business, manage client relationships, and present proposals. You will rely on HubSpot CRM to maintain records, analyze needs, and present compelling offerings to clients across the region.

You will manage communications, craft proposals, and contribute to growth with a strong commission plan and comprehensive benefits in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two years sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Gain new business by referrals, HubSpot lead database, cold calling, prospecting, and supporting current customers.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all assigned customers.
• Handle customer concerns and review opportunities with branch manager at weekly sales meetings.
• Act as primary contact for inquiries such as product changes, office moves, budgeting, equipment needs, etc.
