Farmer Brothers in Albuquerque is seeking a Field Sales Specialist focused on beverage station services. You will sell and deliver coffee, tea, and related products while executing a disciplined route plan that elevates customer satisfaction and drives revenue growth.

Respond to daily customer needs, build relationships, and execute regional promotions. The role requires a High School Diploma and 2+ years of route delivery experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of route delivery experience in a related B2B customer service field.
• Mechanical aptitude with company hardware/software tools.
• Knowledge of the foodservice industry; clean, strong driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally; lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide delivery and service to all customers on the daily schedule—no exceptions.
• Achieve route revenue plan via new customer acquisition and increased product penetration.
• Execute pricing actions and promote promotions to drive revenue growth.
• On-site execution: deliver, replenish, and rotate inventory; verify equipment is clean and operating.
• Complete at least one CQC (Cup Quality Check) per day.
• Follow The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell call flow; recap services and present initiatives.
• Resolve or escalate issues quickly to protect satisfaction and retention.
• Manage invoices, route inventory, and daily collections; participate in promotions.
