Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help fuel workplaces nationwide with great service and top-quality coffee solutions.

You will drive new business through referrals, HubSpot-based lead management, cold calling, and nurturing current customers, while identifying market opportunities and building lasting relationships. A commission plan, benefits, and supportive culture await.

Qualifications

• Two years sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Gain new business by referrals, using HubSpot, cold calling, prospecting and supporting current customers.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all assigned customers.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain customer opportunity spreadsheet; review with branch manager at weekly sales meetings.
• Act as primary contact for customer inquiries (product changes, moves, budgeting, equipment) ensuring exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate customer records (billing, contacts, pricing, delivery notes, etc.).
• Update and present service agreements for renewal.
• Create and deliver proposals and presentations to grow existing accounts through new products and services.
• Schedule periodic client meetings to discuss current services and new offerings.
• Build knowledge of products, services, and competitor activities.
