Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is helpful.
• Retail, wholesale, or consumer packaged goods experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare retailer forms, product submissions, vendor paperwork, and account documents.
• Maintain accurate product details, pricing, customer information, and sales records.
• Review and enter invoices from ecommerce and retailer platforms into SAP, coordinating with Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with wholesale orders, product samples, sales reports, and account follow-up.
• Keep deadlines, outstanding requests, and assigned projects organized and moving forward.
• Create and update product signage, pricing materials, and basic promotional pieces using established brand guidelines.
• Organize product images, descriptions, and approved marketing materials.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of sales and product information.
• Welcome Roastery Shop visitors, answer product questions, and offer recommendations.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and approved refunds.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries about orders, shipping, and products.
• Handle routine customer concerns professionally and coordinate follow-up when needed.
• Keep the shop clean, inviting, stocked, and organized.
