Amegy Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager for the Main/Downtown Houston, TX area. The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with businesses generating $3M to $20M+ in annual revenue, with responsibilities spanning portfolio growth, client advisory, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of related experience.
• Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of sales techniques and banking products/services.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation and PC skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and manage a portfolio of Business Banking customers, including nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
• Source new customers through referrals and centers of influence.
• Meet assigned revenue goals for the region and products.
• Understand clients' business and personal financial needs; build client profiles.
• Develop and execute relationship plans for each client.
• Drive new acquisitions within the banking center through centers of influence.
• Ensure client requests are met directly or via referrals to appropriate resources.
• Meet or exceed KPIs: portfolio growth, revenue, profitability, retention, satisfaction.
