Amegy Bank in Pearland, TX is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with businesses generating roughly $3 million to $20+ million in annual revenue. You will grow, retain, and expand a portfolio, sourcing new clients through referrals and building opportunities that drive portfolio growth.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of directly related experience and a strong background in sales, banking products, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of directly related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of sales techniques, banking products and services.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow, retain, and expand a portfolio of Business Banking customers, including relationships in for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
• Source new customers through referrals and develop opportunities that drive portfolio growth.
• Recommend suitable solutions as a trusted advisor to meet clients' objectives.
• Meet assigned revenue goals for region and products.
• Understand business and personal financial needs of assigned customers.
• Develop and manage relationship plans for each client.
• Drive new acquisitions through centers of influence (CPAs, attorneys) and existing client base.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as portfolio growth, revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.
