The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in retail banking, excels in relationship-driven sales, and delivers exceptional customer service while promoting bank products. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years banking experience in a universal/personal banker role.
• Proven experience in relationship-driven sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration per SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and client relationship management through needs assessments and tailored banking solutions.
• Build and manage client relationships through outbound outreach, in-branch engagement, and ongoing service support.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, identifying referral opportunities.
• Open and service accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans.
• Deliver sales-focused banking solutions while providing exceptional service to new and existing customers.
• Identify business opportunities to support revenue growth and manage risk.
• Resolve client concerns promptly through direct resolution or escalation.
• Process teller transactions within authorized limits and support day-to-day branch operations.
