Job summary

Charter Communications’ Spectrum Business is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business sales across small enterprises in the assigned territory. You will conduct needs analyses and guide prospects from initial contact to close, focusing on data, voice, video, and mobile solutions.

Daily field-based work with driving is required, plus occasional office time. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, pitches, and closed deals.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and service.
