Job summary

Charter Communications' Spectrum Business unit is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in a field-based role, selling data, voice, video and mobile solutions to small to mid-size companies.

You will prospect, conduct needs analyses, manage deals through closing, and maintain accurate activity records while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years in telecom/technical industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services through the full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and deals using required tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend meetings and training to stay current with products and strategies.
• Enhance customer experience through proactive communication and support.
