Job summary

Bentley Truck Services, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for the Essington, PA location. You will oversee daily operations, drive safety, profitability, and team performance across service, lease & rental, parts, and sales functions.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to mentor staff while coordinating across departments to meet company objectives and client needs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a managerial role relating to Body Shop and/or Service.
• Associates degree (Bachelor’s preferred) or 10 years related experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to mentor and hold employees accountable.
• History of growing teams via hiring and developing.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety throughout the facility and ensure a strong customer service culture.
• Provide weekly updates to owners on location performance and needs for assistance.
• Interact with customers and provide estimates for repairs and keep stakeholders informed of job status.
• Schedule technicians to satisfy workload and coordinate payments with customers/insurers.
• Ensure proper time submission for payroll and compliance with body shop guidelines.
