Job summary

Bentley Truck Services, Inc. in Essington, PA, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all location operations, ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability. The role may include management across service, lease & rental, parts, and sales, depending on the location, with reports to the Sr.

Vice President. You will develop teams, drive a strong customer service culture, ensure compliance with state and local body shop guidelines, monitor performance, and promote growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a managerial role related to body shop and/or service.
• Associates degree (Bachelors preferred), or 10 years related experience.
• Ability to mentor and hold employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety throughout the facility and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide weekly updates to owners on location performance and needs.
• Interact with customers to provide repair estimates and communicate status.
• Schedule technicians to meet workload and ensure proper payments.
• Ensure compliance with state/local body shop guidelines.
