Job summary

Bentley Truck Services, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations at Essington, PA, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability across service, lease, rental, parts, and sales. You will develop teams and drive results while upholding a culture of excellence.

As a Branch Manager, you will coordinate with managers at various functions, promote a strong customer service culture, and report progress to owners. Strong leadership and operational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a managerial role relating to Body Shop and/or Service.
• Associates degree (Bachelor's preferred) or 10 years related experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety throughout the facility by encouraging participation in safety meetings, audits, and projects.
• Provide weekly updates to owners of locations successes, concerns, roadblocks, and where there is need for assistance.
• Interact with customers and provide estimates for repairs and keep customers and insurance companies abreast of job status.
• Schedule technicians to satisfy workload and coordinate with other functions to ensure proper payments.
