Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–10 years related experience (preferred).
• Excellent managerial and leadership abilities.
• Strong sales-closing and persuasion skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• High-energy attitude and positive customer service mindset.
• Proficient computer skills for service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and manage PM reports.
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Document vehicle problems clearly on repair orders.
• Greet customers and collect vehicle information.
• Monitor progress of repairs with technicians and foreman.
• Reference service and warranty history and recommend additional work.
• Lead service team to meet objectives and sales goals.
• Communicate changes in estimates or timelines and obtain authorization.
• Upsell products and services while maintaining customer relationships.
• Hire, train, and motivate service staff.
• Oversee payments and ensure timely processing.
• Other duties as assigned.
