Bentley Truck Services, Inc. in Maple Shade, NJ, is seeking a Branch Manager to run operations at the Maple Shade location, ensuring safety, profitability, and customer service.

You will lead a team across service, lease, rental, parts, and sales; develop staff, manage budgets, and uphold compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in Body Shop and/or Service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 10 years of related experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety throughout the facility by encouraging participation in safety meetings, audits, and projects.
• Provide weekly updates to owners of locations successes, concerns, roadblocks, and where there is need for assistance from outside the location.
• Interact with customers and provide estimates for repairs and keep customers and insurance companies abreast of job status.
• Schedule technicians to satisfy workload and coordinate payments from customer or insurance firms.
• Support employees by assuring proper time is submitted for their pay.
• Assure compliance to state and local guidelines for body shops.
• Manage teams to engage each member and grow their talents for business growth.
• Oversees plant operations and facility issues with internal/external resources for maintenance.
• Support training initiatives and meetings to promote awareness of products, safety, policies.
• Promote growth opportunities with product, process knowledge, and management.
• Escalate employee relations matters to human resources when appropriate.
