Job summary

World Finance in Marshall, TX seeks a Branch Manager to drive loan growth, tax preparation production, and profitability. You will lead outreach, referrals, and community engagement to expand the portfolio while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliant operations.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, review and approve loans within guidelines, and manage collections to protect portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of management experience or completion of a management training program.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
• Experience making lending, collection, or customer account decisions.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.
• Experience leading and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to minimize losses.
• Lead, train, and develop branch staff; hold them accountable for performance.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure policy/compliance.
