Job summary

World Finance in Pflugerville, TX seeks a Branch Manager to drive loan growth, tax production, profitability, and strong customer relationships in a performance-driven environment. You will expand the portfolio through outreach, referrals, and community engagement while ensuring compliance with policies.

Lead and develop a high-performing team, oversee daily branch operations, review lending decisions, and manage delinquency with sound risk controls.

Qualifications

Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
Experience making lending, collection, or customer account decisions.
Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.
Experience leading and developing employees.

Responsibilities

Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions that support branch success.
