Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead business development, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory. This full-time leadership role focuses on generating new business, building partnerships, and increasing market share through consultative sales strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in outside sales or business development, with a proven track record in prospecting, closing deals, and managing accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales, business development, territory sales, or account management experience.
• Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and closing new business.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for new, active, and inactive client accounts.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Manage a minimum of 30 target accounts and develop customized account growth strategies.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend workforce solutions that meet business objectives.
• Create and deliver proposals, pricing strategies, and service agreements.
• Drive sales activity to achieve branch revenue and profitability goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account implementation.
