You will craft strategic branch plans and guide marketing programs designed to boost profitability while ensuring top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of related experience in lawn/horticulture agronomic field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel to all Door to Door routes within the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts at the branch level.
• Collaborate in the execution of marketing programs to drive profit growth and expand TruGreen's services.
• Compile lists of potential customers to generate sales leads and assist in closing sales.
• Address customer complaints related to sales and service and manage new sale cancellations.
• Organize and conduct ongoing training for sales personnel on customer service and selling techniques.
• Establish and oversee work procedures, create schedules, and monitor branch sales performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain performance standards and corrective strategies for the sales organization.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and staffing of 10+ peak reps and manage staff performance.
