Job summary

Regional Management Corp is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local team and drive branch profitability in Texas. You will oversee loan approvals, debt collection routines, and customer service excellence while aligning with company policies.

You will manage staff, partnerships, and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and strong performance. A promotion path exists from Assistant Manager to Branch Manager as part of our growth goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile.
• Must pass drug, criminal and credit background checks.
• Preferred: 1+ years of Consumer Finance experience.
• College degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire branch team to achieve profitability.
• Manage branch P&L, loan growth, and portfolio quality.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Approve and close loans as necessary.
• Oversee month-end reporting and branch expenses.
• Coordinate staffing with Recruiting and District Supervisors.
• Promote a strong culture of service and compliance.
