Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience
• Demonstrated leadership capability; prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing-oriented sales skills
• Comfort working in a performance-driven retail banking environment
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to drive branch sales growth and customer acquisition.
• Coach team members and promote Woodforest products with customers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, audits, and cash controls.
• Deliver high-quality service across teller, platform, and digital channels.
• Engage in community outreach and retail marketing activities.
• Provide leadership and scheduling/flow planning to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform branch servicing duties (teller, account openings, cash handling, audits).
