Woodforest National Bank in Alliance, Ohio, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in driving branch performance, customer relationships, and operational excellence. You will coach team members and help execute retail sales strategies while upholding Woodforest’s Core Values.

Formación

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;
• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability; prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the branch with a business-owner mindset to drive growth, deposits, and customer acquisition.
• Deliver Woodforest Experience with warm, professional interactions and solution-focused conversations.
• Coach team members to identify customer needs and recommend retail banking products and services.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, audits, and cash controls while maintaining accuracy.
