Woodforest National Bank seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in driving performance, sales growth, and customer relationships in Magnolia, Texas. The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational discipline to deliver Woodforest’s retail banking experience.

You will lead a team, engage customers, and collaborate with community partners while upholding Woodforest’s core values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity.

Formación

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent education
• Demonstrated leadership capability; supervision or coaching preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing-oriented sales skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on business needs

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Branch Manager to operate the branch with a business-owner mindset and drive growth
• Coach and support team members to identify customer needs and recommend retail banking products
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service across teller, platform, and digital channels
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, audits, and cash controls
