Job summary

Evolv Technologies, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to build strong relationships with prospective customers across healthcare, workplace, and education verticals.

You will collaborate with account executives, craft territory plans, and execute outbound campaigns to create qualified opportunities. You will work closely with marketing to build awareness at key accounts, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and track performance to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and building relationships with prospects.
• Ability to qualify end-user prospects and generate opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage prospecting tools (Sales Engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Intel, Showpad, Hubspot, 6sense, phone calls) to prioritize and engage with a funnel of leads.
• Manage your prospect pipeline to prioritize engaged end users in target ICPs.
• Have meaningful conversations about prospect's security concerns that compel the prospect to take the next step with Evolv.
• Deliver highly qualified opportunities to the region per month according to qualification criteria.
• Become an expert at Salesforce and other productivity tools as they relate to sales development.
• Drive demand in key verticals per the 2025 go-to-market plan.
