Job summary

Allied Universal in Boston, MA is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive top-of-funnel revenue growth. Embedded within a regional sales team, you will convert inbound marketing leads and build new pipeline through targeted outreach, learning the craft of B2B sales.

This role offers growth into a Business Development Manager, with Salesforce as a key tool, and collaboration with BDMs, marketing, and operations to qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and contribute to regional sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business field required.
• At least 1 year of inside sales, business development, or marketing experience.
• Proven ability to deliver sales presentations and manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound marketing-generated leads and schedule meetings with the regional BDM team.
• Qualify prospects using budget, authority, need, and timeline criteria.
• Maintain Salesforce records and track sales process status.
