Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise and motivate Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize, directing and following through to completion.
• Excellent English communication and customer service.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations under the Store Manager and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and development of non-exempt associates.
• Monitor and control expenses and payroll hours to align with budget.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and monthly safety meetings are conducted.
• Provide outstanding customer service and supervise front-end operations (registers, service desk, fitting rooms).
• Maintain brand standards, merchandising presentation and store cleanliness.
