Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations and ensure Company standards are met. You will supervise the team, manage payroll, scheduling and store performance while upholding safety and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing Associates, enforcing policies, and driving the Ross brand at the store level. English fluency, leadership, and weekend/evening availability are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity.
• Assists in analysis of Store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Ensures scheduling and compliance with company standards.
• Maintains safety and security practices including monthly safety meetings.
• Direct supervision of all non-exempt Associates and coaching of staff.
