Job summary

The role requires at least two years in store management, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. Evening and weekend availability is expected to align with store needs.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines with independent judgment.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations in absence of the Store Manager and ensure company standards.
• Analyze store reports and manage expenses, payroll, and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop non-exempt associates.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations and safety procedures.
• Provide friendly customer service and supervise sales, registers, and service desks.
