Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring Ross standards and a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. You will recruit, train and develop a leadership team to deliver the desired sales and profit results while controlling costs.

The role requires five or more years of retail management experience, fluency in English, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You will champion customer service and uphold the Ross brand in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English and ability to lead, coach and communicate effectively.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet standards and drive sales and profit.
• Staff, train and develop Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and Associates.
• Manage the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow.
• Oversee payroll administration including scheduling and reporting.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.
