Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Paris, TN. You will support customers with their financial needs, manage daily store operations, and drive leadership development.

The role emphasizes risk management, outreach, and a path to advancement within the company’s multi-brand network. Expect a 40-hour, in-person schedule with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service focus.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Perform duties outside the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships, referrals, and events.
