Job summary

Thomas Park Property Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support a growing portfolio in Annapolis, MD. You will deliver outstanding tenant service, manage COIs, and help implement streamlined processes under the Property Management team.

You will collaborate with vendors, maintenance crews, and the management team to monitor performance, generate reports, and ensure leases and contracts are organized. Growth opportunities are highlighted in a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in property management or a related role is a plus.
• Proficiency in property management work order software (Yardi Facilities Manager, Corrigo, Building Engines) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to implement innovative solutions and streamline processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and oversee maintenance of work order and purchase order systems.
• Oversee collection and management of Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from tenants and vendors.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient workflows in property management operations.
• Coordinate and oversee regular building testing, inspections, and maintenance activities for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure accurate tenant information in the database.
