Job summary

Thomas Park Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support our commercial portfolio based in Annapolis, MD. The role blends tenant service, property operations, and process improvement, reporting to a Property Manager.

You will manage COIs, oversee work orders, assist with contracting and invoices, coordinate inspections, and collaborate with vendors. The position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities within a collaborative, innovative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in property management is a plus.
• Experience in medical property management is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building testing and safety protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional tenant service and manage work order systems.
• Oversee COIs from tenants and vendors for compliance.
• Identify process improvements and implement efficient workflows.
• Coordinate building testing, inspections, and maintenance.
• Build strong tenant relations and keep tenant data up to date.
• Collaborate with property management team, vendors, and maintenance.
• Prepare and present reports on property performance and tenant interactions.
• Provide administrative support including phone, typing, filing, and document management.
• Prepare service contracts and oversee contractors.
• Process invoices and assist with tenant bill-backs.
• Participate in property inspections with service providers.
