Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in project management, HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Understanding of PM basics (PM 101).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and create Gantt charts and project schedules.
• Familiarity with bidding, project management documentation.
• Ability to read Bills of Materials (BOMs) and control drawings.
• Experience in logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project documentation including compliance records, schedules and change orders.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and support field teams.
• Track subcontractor and mechanical installation progress; report updates to management.
• Develop and manage change orders in line with policies.
• Coordinate procurement and material logistics with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Attend project meetings and record minutes; provide updates to management.
• Monitor schedules, personnel needs and milestone completion.
• Support technical leads in resolving issues and site-specific requirements.
• Analyze project data and trends to identify improvements and efficiency gains.
