This hands-on role emphasizes people development and operational discipline. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced settings, with strong communication and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach team members to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
