You’ll lead shifts, coach teammates, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while supporting sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction scores. Growth and leadership development are central to this role.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK® standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills.
• Lead operations by maintaining BK® brand standards and removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and ensuring cash control & security.
